The Naval and Military Club, affectionately and universally known as 'The In & Out', offers excellent facilities in the heart of London's Mayfair. Located at No. 4 St James's Square, this beautiful building has retained all of the original features of its magnificent staterooms. Steeped in history and with its grand and illustrious past, this Grade II listed house is the perfect setting to impress your guests, whatever the occasion.
Inside the Club is an amazing and secluded Courtyard, this is the perfect setting for a variety of summer events, from canapé receptions to barbecues to product launches. A marquee is also available which allows the Courtyard to be used all year round at an additional cost. Guests can enjoy this enchanting space and coupled with magical hospitality they will enjoy the perfect summers evening. Our on site event team would be delighted to assist in tailoring our packages to your requirements, from Jazz Bands to Steel drum bands we can source all you need to make it the most memorable party yet.
Packages:
We have a selection of options so you can choose the right package for your event. Whether you want to enjoy an informal summer barbecue, a networking canapé reception or an interactive bowl food party menu; we have included all the details you need below to create an exceptional summer party at The In & Out:
• Prosecco Frizzante Spago and Pimms No. 1 cocktail reception
• Unlimited Pimms No. 1, wine, beer and soft drinks
• A choice of either canapés, barbecue buffet or bowl food
• All staff, tableware, glassware and linen
• On site event management
Canapé Package £47.00 per person (the maximum for a reception is 300 guests).
Barbecue Package £53.00 per person (the maximum for a barbecue buffet is 250 guests).
Bowl Food Package £54.00 per person (the maximum for a reception is 300 guests).
Venue hire of the Courtyard between 18.00 – 23.00 is £1,750 and for members of the Club, £1,400. For smaller events (up to 100 guests), or for those that are more budget conscious you could reserve a section of the Courtyard at £875.00 based on a bowl food or canapé package only.
