Venue Description:
Set within the secure grounds of the Honourable Artillery Company, and
against the stunning backdrop of the historic Armoury House and buildings,
this event space is perfect for daytime and evening events for 400-2000
guests.
The purpose built structure, situated in five and a half acres of manicured
lawns in the heart of the City, is designed with flexibility in mind and this
versatile event space can be altered to suit your individual bespoke
requirements.
Utilising both the inside and outside areas, the venue is ideal for summer
parties, BBQ's, Award ceremonies and team building activities. The state of
the art in-house production in addition to the AV package included, makes
it an ideal venue for seated dinners, conferences, awards ceremonies and
parties
If the weather is warm, an outside reception area is available in the venue’s private garden. Reception drinks can be served
in the garden with garden furniture and beautiful views of Armoury House and the cricket lawn completing the feel.
Should the weather be cooler guests can enjoy the views over the garden during their pre-dinner drinks from the glazed
reception area. Gentle atmospheric lighting along with a large bar and occasional reception furniture will create a warm
and welcoming atmosphere.

A walled divide will create the definition between the reception area and the dining room. Guests will be called through to
dinner at which time they will walk through the tunnelled entrance into a visually spectacular dining room.
Tables will be dressed with floor length linen and table centres that will be lit from above with the very latest in intelligent
lighting. Production also includes staging, large central screen with projection and full PA system.

area creating a more intimate disco. This
space can remain hidden until post dinner
creating another reveal opportunity.

One of the highlights of The Artillery Garden at The HAC is the opportunity to use the full funfair
already in situ at the site.
With direct access from both the garden and indoor reception area, the funfair is a great
addition to any event offering a new element of entertainment not available anywhere else in

For an additional £5,500.00 + VAT you have exclusive use of the the Dodgems, Big Wheel,
Carousel and five side stalls such as Coconut shy, Hoopla and Pop Gun, complete with prizes.
